Marshall County has a broad selection of sites suited for a variety of business and industrial purposes in locations throughout the county. There are sites available with access to railroads in Holly Springs and Byhalia. Most sites are alongside or within a short distance from four-lane highways and future interstate corridors.

The 2.600-acre Chickasaw Trail Industrial Park is located in northern Marshall County. Four-lane Highway 304, U. S. Highway 72 and the future I-69 form the boundaries of this industrial supersite.

The Industrial Development Authority coordinates the availability of public and private properties which might be of interest to future prospects.
