The IDA is governed by a 13-member board of directors appointed by the Marshall County Board of Supervisors and Boards of Aldermen of the county’s municipalities.
Through funding approved by the Board of Supervisors, the IDA executive director and staff work full-time in promotion of the county’s assets. IDA works closely with business and industrial prospects to provide information and assistance in helping them establish a location in Marshall County.
