Justin has served with MCIDA for four years and has a total of six years’ experience in economic and industrial development. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi. Justin is a graduate of the New South Economic Development Course at the University of Southern Mississippi, a graduate of the Economic Development Institute at the University of Oklahoma, and has completed the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Rural Leadership Institute.

Rhonda has over 15 years of economic development experience with MCIDA. Rhonda is often the first point of contact with the MCIDA office and oversees office. Rhonda holds an Associate of Computer Science degree from Northeast Mississippi Community College in Booneville, MS. Rhonda has also completed further studies in management and marketing applications with Rust College in Holly Springs, Mississippi.
